Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue and profit volatility: standalone quarterly revenue ranged from ₹33.24 Cr (Sep 2025) to ₹77.52 Cr (Jun 2026), and net profit from ₹5.35 Cr to ₹15.38 Cr; verify whether this reflects seasonal patterns, customer concentration, or execution risk.
Operating margin inconsistency: OPM has swung from 15.7% (Sep 2025) to 28.23% (Mar 2025), then settled to 18–19% recently; investigate the drivers of this volatility and sustainability of current levels.
Valuation concern: PE of 30.17 combined with 12-month return of –17.31% suggests the stock may be pricing in growth expectations that have not yet materialized—assess earnings growth trajectory.
Low institutional shareholding: FII at 3.25% and DII at 0.99% may signal limited analyst coverage or liquidity; verify trading volume and bid–ask spreads.
